So busy with life now and it couldn't get any worse. But RT tagged along. Made things a little sqeezier for me.
We always started with some warm-ups, then proceeded with sets of static exercises, then with some kinda run, either long and slow ones or short bursts kinda ones(My all time favourite!),ending with some warm downs and home sweet home we go...
Well, in between all that mess, there's a moment of realisation where you would feel ecstaticly joyful on how beautiful this world is, thinking nothing else but the love for the world and the sweetness that you're coexisting with Earth.
There's a part where you're told to lie on the floor for some other exercise like crunches, alternate leg flips etcetc, what i'm saying is when you're totally worn out, and you're staring into the beautiful sky, you just wanna forgive everything and everyone that has ever pissed you off and love every living existing being out there. If it's too early or too late, there'll be the everlasting georgeous moon staring down at you, making you feel you're being watched over every second.
The feeling was even greater when i was still in my army days, when you're secluded from the rest of the world, life force being sucked out off you from some unkown source. And the moment I start my exercise regime, i only think of my home. There's a dog which is always lying so comfortably on that patch of green grass when i'm being tortured from head to toe, he enjoys staring at me while in pain, that dog once told me, "Yo soldier, watch me as i lie right here and fall asleep with drools suckerrrrrr!!" , i swear i heard that! Or was it just my mind playing tricks? It's the same............ it made life even worse. LOL
Then came the floor contact with my back, i looked into the sky with all those twinking beautiful stars and that moon right there smiling at me, it's telling me, "Don't worry Collin, i'm always watching over you, don't dissapoint me".
In life, there's always a certain strange part which can push you far and high, seek it and you'll go far beyond your best. Good luck!
Oh yeah, doggy, you can kiss my ass, i'm enjoying my life now!!
(To my overseas friends, RT means Remedial Training, it actually only comes about if you.... are fit enough to be able to go for it but not conditioned enough to get outta it. It happens for 1 to 2 months every year.)
